Information for pupils, students, and families during examination and assessment periods.

2026

• 12 – 22 October: Year 11 assessments in class. Reports will be issued in late November.
• 30 November – 18 December: Years 12 and 10 assessments in class. Reports will be issued in January.

2027

• 05 – 15 January: pupils in Year 9 will sit in-class assessments across their subjects. Teachers will advise when these will take place. Reports will be issued in February.
• 11 – 22 January: Years 11 and 13 will sit assessments in the main hall, as a practise for their final GCSEs and A levels. Reports will be issued in late February.
• 22 February – 05 March: pupils in Year 7 and 8 will sit in-class assessments across their subjects. Teachers will advise when these will take place. Reports will be issued in late March.
• 26 April – 07 May: Years 12 and 10 will sit assessments in the main hall, as a practise for their A levels and GCSEs. Reports will be issued in early June.
• 10 May: GCSE and A level exams begin for Years 11 and 13.
• 24 May – 11 June: pupils in Years 7, 8 and 9 will sit their end of year assessments across their subjects. Reports will be issued in early July.
