Dear Parents and Carers,

Face coverings from 07 February 2022

Having reviewed the School’s current situation with respect to our Covid-19 positive case profile over the last week, and in consultation with our Governors, I am content to recommend that with effect from Monday 07 February expectations within our School community about the wearing of face coverings fall into line with national guidance. That is, that the wearing of face coverings at this time in School settings is no longer recommended for pupils, students, staff, or visitors. Optionally, any individual may continue to choose to wear a face covering.

Senior leaders will continue to monitor the positive case profile across a rolling ten day period, as required by the local health protection team, and if any changing pattern is noted then I shall seek guidance from Public Health England and Governors about whether it is necessary or prudent to step-up any additional control measures once again.
